Apple/Peach Crisp

6 cups (1500mL) peeled and sliced apples/peaches

1 cup quaker oats, uncooked

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup butter/margerine, melted

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

Spoon apples into 8×8 square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples/peaches. Bake in preheated moderate oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes
