Apple Craison French Toast

1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
2 Baking Apples (Granny Smiths)
1/2 Cup Craisons
5 eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Loaf French Bread
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Almonds

1. Cook Brown Sugar, butter, and syrup in a pan on the stove until smooth
2. Pour into a 9×13 baking pan
3. Spread layer of sliced apples and layer of craisons and a light layer of almonds over the syrup
4. Place bread on top of the apples and craisons
5. Beat together eggs, milk, vanilla
6. Pour over bread
7. Dust top with Cinnamon
8. Cover and refrigerate Over Night
9. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350
10. Cut into squares and serve on a platter topped with syrup, craisons, and syrup from pan
