Stewing Beef
Potatoes
Carrots
Onion
2 packages of Bovril
Flour/Corn Starch
Water
1. Cut beef into chunks and brown in frying pan
2. Put into a pot 1/2 full of water
3. Simmer (start water boiling and then turn down) and add potatoes, carrots, and onion (all cut into desired sized chunks)
4. Add Bovril
6. In a separate container, mix flour or corn starch in water
7. Add flour/water mixture to pot to thicken
