Biscuits

Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Shortening
3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Raisins (add before milk)

Preparation Instructions:
1. Combine Flour, Sugar, and baking powder
2. Add shortening with hands and mix
3. Add milk and mix (becomes sticky)
4. Put on floured surface and kneed
5. Pat until 3/4″ thick
6. Use soup can to cut out biscuits and put on a pan
7. Bake at 400-450F for 12-15 minutes
