Watkin’s Buttercream

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup shortning or butter

about 1 lb of icing sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons of water or milk (check on amount)

soften butter and beat in icing sugar and vanilla.  Add milk and keep beating and it should turn fluffy
