Dutch Apple Pie

2 lbs Cooking Apples (yellow Harvest)
2/3 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell

Topping:
2/3 Cup all purpose flour
6 tablespoons brown sugar packed
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

Quarter Apples
Cut each quarter in half lengthwise then cut twice crosswise into large bowl. Need 5 cups
Add next 4 ingredients and toss and put into pie shell

Combine ingredients in topping and mix until crumbly
Bake on bottom shelf at 400F for 10 minutes
Turn oven down to 325F and bake for about 50 minutes until apples are tender
Cool
