Ingredients:
Potatoes
Onions
Carrots (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup Uncooked Rice
Peas (fresh or frozen)
1 lb Sausage
1 can tomato Soup
1 can Water
Preparation Instructions:
1. Grease a 9″ Casserole dish
2. Layer 1-2 layers of thinly sliced potatoes in the Casserole Dish
3. Add a layer of onions
4. Add a layer of carrots
5. Add the rice
6. Add a layer of peas
7. Cover the top with the sausages
8. Add a can of tomato soup
9. Add a can of water
10. Cover and Cook at 350F for 1 hour
11. Turn the sausage over and cook uncovered for 1 hour
