5 Medium-Large Sweet Potatoes

4-5 Tablespoons of brown sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4-1/2 cup butter/margarine

1/4 cup milk

1 package of mini marshmallows

Cut and Cube sweet potatoes. Boil for about 20 minutes

Drain and mash with brown sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter

Put in pan and top with mini marshmellows

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350F (or until top is browned)
