2-3 tablespoons Cocoa
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Cup Water
3 Cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla (optional)
Pinch of salt

Mix cocoa, sugar and salt on top of a double boiler
Slowly add water, stirring constantly
Bring to a boil over direct heat
Add hot or cold milk and heat over hot water until until well blended
Add vanilla if desired
Beat until foamy with rotary egg beater

Makes 4-6 servings
