Roast Beef

Put piece of foil over roast
Add about 1 Cup of Water
Cook Roast in pan at 350F
Cook 2 1/2 – 3 hours
At 2 hour mark, take roast out and check. If all water is gone, add more
Take drippings and add some water (about 1-2 cups) and Bovril (10oz)
Mix about 3 tablespoons of flour with 1/2 Cup of water and add to gravy
Stir until thickened on medium heat
Add extra water if too thick
