Rhubarb Custard Pie

2 Cups Rhubarb
2 Tablespoons Flour

Spread Flour over rhubarb and stir. Put in unbaked pie shell

1 Cup Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
2 Tablespoons Water
2 Tablespoons melted butter

Mix and pour over rhubarb and bake until nearly done

Beat egg whites and put over pie and brown
