Gumdrop Cake

1 lb. Sultana white raisins
½ lb red & ½ lb green glazed cherries
1 lb large gumdrops (cut)

Flour fruit overnight with part of flour (about ½ cup)

2/3 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 19 oz tin crushed pineapple
2 ½ cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder

Mix creamy mixture. Add fruit & rest of flour (2 cups). Bake in large lined Christmas cake tin, greased and lined with brown paper. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Fill a container with water and place in oven while cooking.
