Scallop Carrots

4 cups sliced carrots
1 medium onion – chopped
1 can celery soup
2 tbsp margarine
Dash salt & pepper

TOPPING
½ cup grated cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup melted butter (don’t need full ½ cup)

Cook carrots for 5 minutes and drain. Add chopped onion, 2 tbsp margarine, soup, salt & pepper. Mix and put in casserole dish. Mix topping, add butter and put on top. Bake for 1 hour @ 350 degrees or until carrots are cooked.
