Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 cup tomato juice (substitute canned tomatoes or tomato soup)
¾ cup uncooked oats
1 egg beaten
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Preparation Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350F
2. Combine all ingredients. Mix well
3. Press firmly into 8”x4” loaf pan
4. Bake 60-65 minutes.
