Carrot Muffins

Ingredients:
¾ cup white sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon, vanilla
1 cup grated (finely) carrot
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

Preparation Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients and mix well
2. Put into muffin tins
3. Bake at 350 – 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
