Oven Roasted Spare Ribs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs Spare Ribs
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Powdered Mustard

Preparation Instructions:
1. Place ribs in a roast pan.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well
3. Pour mixture over the ribs
4. Cook covered at 350F for 2 to 2 ½ hours.
