1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup or 1 soup can of water
3/4 cup uncooked regular white rice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1. In 2 qt shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper.
2. Place chicken on rice mixture
3. Sprinkle additional paprika and pepper
4. Cover (cover baking dish with tin foil)
5. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done
