Chicken Tenders
1 Cup Flour
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Water
2 Cups Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Coat Chicken Tenders in flour in a zip lock bag
Take chicken from back and coat in a mixture of egg and water
Coat the Chicken in Breadcrumbs
Place chicken on a baking sheet
Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper
Bake at 425F for 25 minutes
Sauce
1 Cup BBQ sauce
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
Lime Juice from 2 Limes
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Mix together on stove on low heat.
Coat chicken in sauce. Serve with ranch (optional)
