3 1/2 Cups shopped peaches
1/4 teaspoon absorbic acid
3 1/4 cups sugar
1 49g Certo light crystals
Peel, pit, and chop peaches into a large bowl
Stir in Acid
Combine crystals with 1/4 Cup of sugar
Stir into fruit
Set 30 minutes
Add sugar slowly.
