Rice Pudding

1/2 Cup long grain rice (not instant)
Cook in pot with water (don’t need a lot of water, 1-2 Cups)
Boil down until water mostly gone

1/2 Cup Sugar or less
Stir into Pot
1/2 Cup Raisins
Stir into pot
Put into casserole Dish
Put in 3 eggs
Add 4 1/2 Cups of milk
sprinkle nutmeg on top (about 1/2 teaspoon or so)
Bake in oven at 350F for about an hour
