Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1lb)
1 ½ cups of water (for creamier rice, increase to 1 2/3 cups of water)
1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
¼ teaspoon of paprika
¼ teaspoon of pepper
1 ½ cups minute rice (uncooked)
2 cups broccoli flowerets
Preparation Instructions:
1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat
2. Add chicken and cover
3. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through
4. Remove chicken from skillet
5. Add water, soup, and seasonings. Stir. Bring to a boil
6. Stir in rice and broccoli
7. Top with chicken. Cover
8. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes
